Stewart Precision has been committed to one idea since 1988: when our customers need a part, they need it fast and they need it right.
Founded by Steve Samuel, the company began as Stewart Tubular Products. Steve recognized that tubular accessories were “quick-turn” items — yet customers were often left waiting because suppliers couldn’t balance inventory with flexible manufacturing capacity. The result was costly downtime: projects stalled, deadlines missed, and teams left waiting on parts that should have been ready.
Determined to change that, he cleared off his dining room table, set up a desk, and began building a different kind of partner. Sometimes, products were delivered from the back of his car with a homemade pie — a small reminder that customer service would always come first.
From those beginnings, Stewart Precision has grown into a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Northwest Houston. The shop was designed for machining and threading tubular accessories at scale, with CNC equipment capable of handling tight tolerances and complex parts. Over the years, Stewart earned API 5CT, API 7-1, API Q1, ISO 9001, and ITAR registration, and is now pursuing AS9100 to expand further into aerospace and defense.
